Turning on two-step sign-in

1. Open your Profile and find Two-step sign-in.
2. Click Set up two-step sign-in, scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password…).
3. Enter the 6-digit code the app shows.
4. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe — each lets you sign in once if you lose your phone.

From now on, after signing in (with your Altechmind account, or with your password) you are asked for the code from the app.

To make new recovery codes or turn two-step sign-in off, you confirm it is you: type your password, or, if you sign in with your Altechmind account, click Confirm with your Altechmind account first.
