Signing in to JournalEnv

On journalenv.com, the sign-in page asks How do you use JournalEnv? See also Who uses an Altechmind account?.

I’m the account holder

The person who ordered JournalEnv and pays for the plan. Click Sign in with your Altechmind account, enter your email at my.altechmind.com and type the code we email you. The same button creates your account the first time. There is no JournalEnv password, so there is nothing to reset: if the code does not arrive, check your spam folder and ask for a new code.

I’m on the team

Journal managers, editors, publisher staff and JournalEnv staff. Click Log in with email and password (or go straight to journalenv.com/login/team). Forgot it? Click Forgot password? there and we email you a link to choose a new one.

Authors, reviewers and readers

Sign in on your journal's own site (its Log in link) with your email and password. Forgot it? Click Forgot password? on that page.

Two-step sign-in
