Questions
Can each department run its own journal?
Yes. Every journal has its own editors, board, policies, look and domain (for example journal.department.university.edu), while the institution sees all its journals in one publisher account.
Can the journals use our university’s domain?
Yes. Your IT team adds one DNS record per journal and we handle HTTPS. Journals are always published on your domain, never under JournalEnv’s name.
How is billing handled for institutions?
The Institution plan is quoted for your number of journals, invoiced yearly with GST, and can be paid by bank transfer against a proforma invoice.

Yes. Institution plans include onboarding: we configure the journals, policies and editorial boards with your team and train your editors online.
